Paris Hilton, known for her iconic persona, has taken on a new role as the first host of Guest DJ on Supernatural's virtual reality fitness app. As an "undercover nerd" with a passion for technology, Hilton curated a playlist and provided motivational voiceovers for a workout led by Supernatural coach Raneir Pollard.
Hilton reveals that her own single "Chasin'" featuring Meghan Trainor is one of her favorite songs to work out to. She also includes iconic songs from her favorite artists such as Dua Lipa and Donna Lewis. Hilton mentions her admiration for artist Charli XCX and confesses that she often listens to her own albums while working out.
While Hilton's fitness routine has changed over the years, she admits that her music taste has remained consistent. In the past, her cardio was "sliving" (a combination of slaying and living) by going out to clubs and music festivals. Now, as a mother with a busy schedule, she focuses on Pilates and occasionally incorporates virtual reality workouts.
Hilton also shares that she has a personal wellness center at home called the Sliving Spa, equipped with innovative equipment like a cryotherapy machine and a HydraFacial device. She takes advantage of this space to multitask, doing calls or work while getting a facial.
Aside from her fitness endeavors, Hilton is also preparing for the premiere of Paris Nicole: The Encore, a special featuring her and her best friend Nicole Richie. The show will revisit their lives 21 years after their hit reality show, The Simple Life, aired. Hilton expresses her excitement for the premiere, stating that it has been a nostalgic and emotional experience to work on the show with Richie.
